Booking Agreement & Representations

By submitting a booking request through our website, you acknowledge and represent the following:

Age Verification:

  • I am at least 21 years of age
  • I am legally permitted to enter into this agreement in my jurisdiction

Law Enforcement Disclosure:

  • I am not a member of any law enforcement agency
  • I am not acting as an agent, informant, or representative of any law enforcement agency
  • I am not conducting any form of investigation or sting operation
  • I am accessing this service solely for my own personal use

Nature of Services:

  • I understand that all fees are exchanged for time and companionship only
  • I acknowledge that any activities that may occur between consenting adults are a matter of personal choice and are not contracted for, implied, or compensated
  • I will not request, solicit, or expect any illegal services

Consent & Acknowledgment:

  • I consent to the collection and processing of my personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
  • I understand that providing false information may result in immediate termination of services
  • I agree to treat all companions with respect and dignity
  • I understand that bookings are subject to confirmation and availability

Legal Disclaimer: By proceeding with a booking, you affirm under penalty of perjury that all representations made herein are true and accurate. Any misrepresentation may be grounds for legal action and permanent ban from our services.

Services Description

Hot Lips provides professional companionship services. Our companions offer their time and company for social occasions including but not limited to:

  • Dinner dates and social events
  • Corporate functions and business events
  • Travel companionship
  • Private companionship

Important: Fees charged are for companionship time only. Any other activities that may occur are a matter of personal choice between consenting adults and are not contracted for or compensated.

Booking and Payment

Booking Process:

  • All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly
  • Bookings are subject to companion availability
  • We will confirm your booking within 1 hour of submission
  • Providing false information may result in booking cancellation

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due at the beginning of the appointment
  • We accept cash payments only
  • All rates are as displayed on our website
  • Additional time beyond the booked duration requires additional payment

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
  • 4-24 hours notice: Reschedule only (no refund)
  • Less than 4 hours: Subject to cancellation fee
  • No-show: Full charge applies; may affect future bookings

We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative arrangement.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to:

  • Treat companions with respect and courtesy at all times
  • Maintain appropriate hygiene and presentation
  • Respect the boundaries set by companions
  • Not engage in any illegal activities
  • Not photograph or record companions without explicit consent
  • Not share companion personal information

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of services and ban from future bookings.

Companion Safety

We prioritize the safety and wellbeing of our companions. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone we deem a safety risk
  • Terminate an appointment immediately if a companion feels unsafe
  • Report any threatening or illegal behavior to authorities
  • Maintain a record of clients who violate our policies

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Hot Lips and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our branding or trademarks without authorization
  • Scrape or collect data from our website

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hot Lips, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be:

  • First attempted to be resolved through direct communication
  • Subject to the laws of the State of Nevada
  • Resolved through binding arbitration if necessary

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
